This NVS parameter specifies how far to offset the left pusher hook relative to
the left picker tower in the X-axis in order to align the pusher hook during the
picker-pusher plate handoff. Increasing this value moves the pusher hook further
inboard (towards the center of the plate stack).
If this parameter is set too low then the pusher may collide with the picker
tower. If it is set too high the pusher hook may not hook the plate during the
handoff.
